Booking Details:

20% Credit Card deposit is required upon booking. Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival by cheque, and a $500 security deposit is due at that time also. Should we not receive your balance payment, the booking will be forfeited if another guest requires the same dates. Full payment must be paid for bookings less than 45 days before check-in date. Bounced cheques automatically forfeit booking dates.

Security deposits will be refunded 7 business days after your stay. All security deposit cheques will be mailed back at this time. Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellation:

There is a 50% cancellation fee up to 45 days before arrival, after that there will be no refund unless another renter is found.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in is anytime after 2pm and check-out time is no later than 12pm. Arrival or departure outside these times will incur additional charges.

Surcharges:

Please be advised that there is a surcharge for public holidays, New Years and Christmas holiday periods.

Additional People (up to 2): $25/night/person

Pet charge: $10/night/pet

Cleaning fee will be charged if cabin is left unclean.

PH Long Weekends: 1 night @ $350, remaining nights charged at the standard rate.
